✔ Consultations & Advisory Services – If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
✔ Property Listings & Marketing Packages – Once a property listing or marketing service has been initiated, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, as work begins immediately.
✔ Real Estate Transactions – Any cancellation of a property sale, rental agreement, or purchase is subject to the terms outlined in the contractual agreement between buyers, sellers, and agents.
2. Refund Policy
✔ Consultation Fees – Refunds for consultation services will be issued only if canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
✔ Listing & Advertising Services – Payments for property listings, advertisements, and promotional services are non-refundable once the service has begun.
✔ Transaction Fees – Fees related to property transactions, including deposits and commissions, are subject to contractual agreements and may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
✔ Membership or Subscription Services – If you have subscribed to any membership plans, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, based on usage and remaining subscription duration.
3. Rescheduling Policy
✔ If you need to reschedule a consultation or service, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.
✔ Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee.
